  Here is a picture of my buddy and I candidly chilling on the 2nd floor of the Wentz Science Center. I like this picture because the vibe you get from it is casual and playful, despite the fact that we are in a building meant for studies and work. This dichotomy shows that even in a place meant for serious work/behavior, fun can be had.

 Introductory Post Hey everyone! One of my all-time favorite films has to be Spirited Away, directed by Hayao Miyazaki. This movie is a masterpiece of cinematography. The attention to detail in the smallest of movements characters make brings so much life to the characters, such as tapping one's shoes on the floor before putting them on. The score is amazing and it is deliberate in its timing, i.e. when the music comes in and for how long - these actions are intentional. It's the reason why I come back to watch this film because you can catch a new detail each time. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The main reason why I am taking this class is to fulfill a gen-ed requirement, however I do have an interest in watching movies and understanding the underlying themes and messages that they can possess.
